Prom Eligibility

Piedmont’s Prom is for Juniors and Seniors only.
Each Junior or Senior may invite one guest, who may be:

  • One Piedmont underclassman, or
  • One non-Piedmont guest

All guests must be under the age of 21 on the date of prom.

Photo ID Requirement

ALL ATTENDEES MUST PRESENT A PHOTO ID along with their prom ticket.
If a student does not have a photo ID, they must see Ms. Glover prior to the date of prom.

Permission Forms (Required for All Attendees)

Per UCPS policy, all students must complete a permission form in order to attend prom (including early graduates).
Parent signatures are required on all permission forms, regardless of student age.

Permission forms are NOT available online.
All forms must be picked up in person to ensure proper color coding.

Where to Get Forms:

Students should stop by the cafeteria in the morning to see Ms. Glover at the Prom Table.

  • Juniors, seniors, and underclassmen attending with a Piedmont student will receive a yellow form.
  • Non-Piedmont guests must complete a pink form, which is obtained from their Piedmont date.

Where to Turn In Forms:

Completed forms must be returned to Ms. Glover in the cafeteria between 8:00–8:25 AM.
All guest forms must be turned in with the Piedmont student’s form.

Ticket Purchasing (GoFan)

Once forms are approved, students will be given access to purchase tickets through GoFan.

  • All Piedmont juniors and seniors must purchase their own ticket using their student ID.
  • If bringing a guest, the Piedmont student will purchase the guest’s ticket at the same time.
  • Students cannot purchase tickets without an approved permission form.
  • Please allow 24 hours after form submission for GoFan access.

QR codes will be available:

  • At the Prom Table in the cafeteria, and
  • Posted on Ms. Glover’s door in Room E4.

Important: Any outstanding school fees must be cleared with Ms. Wilson before access to ticket purchasing can be granted.

Ticket Pricing

Tickets are $50 from now through March 23, 2026.
Beginning March 24, 2026, tickets will increase to $70.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Prom Policies

  • This is a formal event. Students are expected to follow formal dress guidelines.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  • Once students enter the venue, there is no re-admittance if they leave.
  • All UCPS Code of Conduct rules apply.
  • Students are responsible for their own belongings.
  • A photo booth will be provided.
